Privacy Policy
This page describes how StatementFlow handles the documents and data you provide. It is maintained by StatementFlow and last reviewed in 2026.
What we collect
Your account email, the statements you upload, the transactions extracted from them, and operational metadata such as upload time, retention setting and export history. We do not build advertising or behavioural profiles.
How documents are used
Uploaded statements are used only to produce the Excel or CSV output you requested. They are not reviewed for any other purpose, not shared with third parties, and not used to train AI models.
Retention and deletion
You choose the retention window for each upload: immediately, one hour, 24 hours or 30 days. When the window closes, both the source file and the extracted transactions are removed. You can also delete any record manually at any time.
Processing and sub-processors
Processing runs on our managed cloud infrastructure. Where an extraction provider is used, it operates under a written agreement that prohibits retention or model training on customer content.
Your rights
You can export your data, request deletion of your account, or ask for a copy of the audit log for your account. Requests are handled within 30 days.
