These terms govern use of StatementFlow. Last reviewed in 2026.
Service description
StatementFlow converts PDF bank statements into structured spreadsheet files. The service is provided on a subscription basis and may be used by the account holder and the people they invite.
Acceptable use
You may upload documents that you own or are authorised to process on a client's behalf. You may not use the service to process documents obtained unlawfully.
Accuracy
Extraction output is validated against the statement's opening and closing balances, and the validation result is shown before download. Output should still be reviewed before it is posted to a ledger or relied upon for filing.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside common month-end periods where possible.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; usage already incurred is not refunded.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. On closure, stored documents and extracted data are deleted according to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
